Use our online retail store:
Postage & handling cost is $12 flat fee for goods sent within Australia, via our courier company.
We do not ship overseas.

We have a huge selection of stock in-store, our online store has the majority of items listed with only a few exceptions such as sombreros due to size and postage issues. However as stock levels do change, we will contact you by phone or email if the stock you wish to order online is unavailable.

Should you wish to order an item not currently shown on our website, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to assist you to source what you are looking for.

If you are in Sydney metro, and you order before 3pm (within Mon to Fri), you should receive your order in the next 2 – 3 business days. It will take more than 3 days if you are ordering on the weekend and public holidays or interstate, provided the item is in stock.

If you would like to pick up from our Waterloo Store, please let us know when you finalise your order, so we will have your pick up order ready. This will save your delivery fee.

You are also protected by the Australian Consumer Law.

We do not accept return of goods for change of mind, event cancelations or incorrect choice.

Ex-Hire items are non-exchangeable non-refundable as these items will have existing wear and tear.  Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

For faulty goods returns, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

  • Contact name and contact phone number
  • Your order number
  • A description of the goods fault
  • Informing us your trackable return details.

Print a copy of the Email and enclosed with the Faulty Goods.  The goods are your responsibility until they reach our store, so please make sure your return is packed properly and trackable.

We will contact you once we have received your return and aim to complete your returns matter within 7 working days (please allow 14 working days during the Halloween and Christmas period).

Alternatively please drop into our store with the faulty goods and the original receipt.
