The Costume Shop respects and seeks to protect your individual and commercial rights to privacy. Generally we will not collect any information from you on this site without your expressed authority. 

All information collected from you will be used solely to process your order and transaction through our website and act as a point of contact with you. Once transaction is completed we will destroy all information. We WILL NOT sell or negotiate your information with any third party companies.

This website is owned and operated by The Costume Shop from a server located in the State of New South Wales, Australia.

Your access to, and use of the materials contained in, the Website (regardless of whether or not your access or use is intended) is conditional on your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document and elsewhere on the Website.

Your use of, and access to, the Website constitutes your agreement to all the terms and conditions. The Costume Shop reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without notice at any time. It is therefore important that you read this page regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify The Costume Shop (and its affiliates and their respective employees) against any loss or damage suffered, or costs incurred, by them in connection with your use of the Website or any breach by you of the Terms of Use or any other legal obligation.

Governing law

This agreement will be governed by and construed according to the laws of New South Wales, Australia without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of New South Wales.

Severability

If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, this agreement will remain otherwise in full force apart from that provision which will be deemed deleted.

Conditions of Hire

• Please note that the prices given in this website for all items are subject to change without notice.
  
  
• Identification verifying the hirer's address is required before hiring a costume
  
  
• Costumes can be booked by telephone or in person for holding the costume
  
  
• A non-refundable booking fee $33 will be charged. This fee will be deducted from the final hire fees
  
  
• A security bond will be charged at the time of hire. This will be refunded when the costume + or accessories are returned in good condition to the Costume Shop.
  
  
• The standard hire period is 1-3 days, variations from the standard period can be negotiated with the management.
  
  
• Late return fee of $11 per day applies per hire management
  
  
• Lost and damaged items must be paid for.
